SCL provided design services through construction documents for the new Best Buy commercial building in Roseau. This 4-storey building including a basement is designed to gather all departments of Dev Trading Ltd and offices under one roof.
The structure consists of a structural steel frame bolted upon a massive reinforced concrete wall. The concept behind the front façade was to create the impression of two different buildings to maintain the street building proportion while introducing a modern design which incorporates traditional architectural elements.
